Alan Hunter – Manager Quality Assurance & Production Systems

Prior to joining Elynx in 2018, Alan was Head of IT for one of Australia’s largest Pastoral Companies. In that capacity, he worked closely with Elynx on the rollout and implementation of StockMate across their cattle empire. Alan holds a diverse portfolio with Elynx and leads programs ranging from cyber security and data migrations through to contract management for key partners. He is a gifted problem solver, excellent software trainer, dedicated family man and talented musician.

Andrew Cliff – Core Product Senior Manager

Andrew has overseen the progressive development and customization of our core product suite for many years. Prior to his involvement in Elynx he led software initiatives for one of Australia’s largest feedlots and worked as a software developer in the UK and New Zealand.

Andrew and his wife live happily on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland where he spends his days writing code and providing close support to our technical support team and other developers.

Emily Pollock – Testing and Product Deployment Lead

Emily leads our StockMate testing team to ensure the highest quality product is released. She also plays a significant role in station-based training for StockMate.

Emily’s background includes management roles in a major feedlot in central Northern NSW and she received ALFA’s Young Lot Feeders Achievers Award in 2016. While not at work, Emily enjoys bushwalking, fishing and camping with her family.

Hayley Roseby – Product Development Manager

Hayley was raised on a mixed cropping and sheep farm near Narrogin, WA. Unsure what to study at university, she commenced work at a friend’s cattle feedlot and fell in love with the beef industry. In 2010, she joined a (much smaller!) Elynx team in Queensland, and discovered a passion for assisting clients and designing software solutions. In the years since, Elynx has grown substantially, and Hayley now manages a team with whom she is delighted to spend each day, on a product she thinks is fabulous!

Since 2010, Hayley completed an MBA, added three children to the mix, and met her idol Celine Dion. When she’s not at work, Hayley loves to spend time with family and friends, and you may even catch her belting out a tune!

Kieran Mollison – Support Operations Manager

Kieran started with Elynx in April 2008, after working at a large Victorian Feedlot for 19 years.  During her time at the feedlot, Kieran worked in many roles gaining significant experience in all aspects of feedlot administration and management.

When Kieran started with Elynx, it was a small company with three employees.  In the 13 + years, it has grown to employ around 20 staff and a number of external contractors.

Kieran’s role as Support Operations Manager encompasses all aspects of the core feedlot programs, including new developments, overseeing bug fixes, program testing, client liaison and support, and product sales. Kieran enjoys working with Elynx’s eight technical support staff to assist clients and new customers with their feedlot program needs and is passionate about ensuring each interaction is a positive experience.

On a personal note, Kieran enjoys gym sessions, hiking with her dogs in the hills surrounding her northeast Victorian home, and cycling on the local rail trails.

Kim Lute – Administration Manager

Kim’s role within Elynx is wide ranging. She manages Elynx’s accounting systems, including complex payroll processes; oversees our social media presence; manages logistics and travel, policy documentation and HR processes.

A beach girl at heart, Kim nonetheless has made Toowoomba her home. She and her husband have an active social life with family and friends and enjoy travelling whenever they can.

Scott Ferguson – CEO

Scott took the reins of Elynx in late 2015 just as the company was initiating its first mobile App developments and tinkering with cloud based applications. Over the period since then Scott has been committed to delivering software which supports livestock management in Australia and offshore. He is intent on ensuring that Elynx develops products that are robust, logical, scalable and effective.

Scott has nurtured rural interests all his life. With Elynx, he has been able to couple that orientation with the satisfaction found in working with an exceptional team to deliver an industry leading product suite.

Technical Support Consultants

Jamie Crothers – Senior Technical Support Consultant

Born and raised on the land, Jamie has a high understanding of Beef Cattle farming. Jamie has close to 10 years of Feedlot experience, including almost four years with Elynx supporting our clients.
Jamie specialises in our Feedlot products (StockaID, FY3000, Feedbunk, Weighbridge and BMS v 2). Jamie enjoys sharing her vast knowledge with our clients by carrying out onsite training, product demonstrations and installations.

In her downtime she likes camping, gardening and spending time with her husband and young daughter.

Rhiannon White – Senior Technical Support Consultant

Rhiannon has been a part of the Technical Support Team here at Elynx since 2015. She has over 11 years, working knowledge of the Elynx Software Suite (StockaID, FY3000, Feedbunk3000, Weighbridge3000, BMS and StockMate) and specialises in assisting clients in getting the best out of their animal management data.

She loves onsite client deployment and training, complex problem solving and external product interfacing with the core product suite. Rhiannon plays an integral role in technical support billing and Elynx HyperCare programs.

In her spare time, she enjoys keeping active with her family of six on the Gold Coast, where she resides.

Jess Donovan – Technical Support Consultant

Growing up on a sheep and cattle property on the Granite Belt led Jess to pursue a career in Agriculture, starting by completing a stint at Longreach Pastoral College, majoring in Sheep and Wool. An opportunity to work at a large corporate Feedlot secured the next 15 years, working from the Induction Shed, Feed Allocations, Accounts, Weighbridge, Feedlot Administration, HR, Safety and Management roles and everything in between. An opportunity to work for Elynx arose in early May 2021 and has led to her becoming the newest member of our Tech Support Team.

Jess lives along with her husband on a small sheep and cattle property and enjoys the sport of Clay Target Shooting in her down time.

Janelle Slade- Technical Support Consultant

Janelle grew up in the bush on a hobby farm with cattle and horses. Janelle’s background is in Retail Management and Feedlot Administration, with 20 years of experience in these sectors. In the feedlots, she was happy to get her hands dirty by helping in the induction, draft sheds, and pen riding. Janelle has been with Elynx for over 3yrs assisting clients with technical support for our core feedlot products as well as specialising in StockMate and being a part of the StockMate Testing Team.

Janelle’s passions are her horses, camping, and trying all things crafty in her spare time.
