Emily Pollock – Testing and Product Delivery Lead

Emily leads our StockMate testing team and works hard to ensure only the highest quality product is released. She also plays a significant role in station-based training for StockMate.

Emily’s background includes management roles in a major feedlot in central Northern NSW and she received ALFA’s Young Lot Feeders Achievers Award in 2016. While not at work, Emily enjoys bushwalking, fishing and camping with her family.

Kieran Mollison – Support Operations Manager

Kieran started with eLynx in April 2008, after working at a large Victorian Feedlot for 19 years.  During her time at the feedlot, Kieran worked in many roles gaining significant experience in all aspects of feedlot administration and management.

When Kieran started with eLynx, it was a small company with three employees.  In the
13 + years, it has grown to employ around 20 staff and a number of external contractors.

Kieran’s role as Support Operations Manager encompasses all aspects of the core feedlot programs, including new developments, overseeing bug fixes, program testing, client liaison and support, and product sales. Kieran enjoys working with eLynx’s eight technical support staff to assist clients and new customers with their feedlot program needs and is passionate about ensuring each interaction is a positive experience.

On a personal note, Kieran enjoys gym sessions, hiking with her dogs in the hills surrounding her northeast Victorian home, and cycling on the local rail trails.

Kim Lute – Administration Manager

Kim is the heartbeat of our administrative team. Her kindness, efficiency, and a sprinkle of magic keep eLynx operating smoothly.

Kim oversees eLynx’s accounting systems, which include intricate payroll processes, as well as managing logistics, travel arrangements, policy documentation, HR procedures, and much more.

Though she’s a beach girl at heart, Kim has embraced Toowoomba as home.

Anthony Gray – General Manager & Chief Technical Officer

Anthony led the development of Elynx’s StockMate Application for six years prior to assuming the role of CTO for the company. He has a background in mechatronic engineering, IT systems management and software development.

Janelle Slade- Software Tester, Technical Support Consultant & Sale Representative

Janelle is quite fortunate to have lived in various locations across Australia. She has a background in retail and administrative management, boasting over six years in the feedlot industry, during which she became proficient in eLynx software for both office and yard operations. Janelle has gained significant exposure to StockaID, FY3000, and FYWeigh, along with some experience using FeedBunk.

When joining the eLynx Team, she expanded her expertise to encompass the entire eLynx program suite, including StockMate and BMS. Her favorite features are the Session Templates and Draft Rules, which can be found in both StockMate and StockaID. These tools are excellent time savers and easy to set up in the office, allowing for quick selection during sessions when it’s time to get moving in the yards.

A fun fact about Janelle is her passion for horses and crafting. This year, she and her husband are embarking on a new adventure in horse cutting. While horses do occupy a good portion of her time, she also dedicates herself to crafting and enjoys trying her hand at various activities, including sewing, embroidery, halter and rein making, and photography.

Jess Donovan – Technical Support Consultant

Growing up on a sheep and cattle property on the Granite Belt led Jess to pursue a career in Agriculture, starting by completing a stint at Longreach Pastoral College, majoring in Sheep and Wool. An opportunity to work at a large corporate Feedlot secured the next 15 years, working from the Induction Shed, Feed Allocations, Accounts, Weighbridge, Feedlot Administration, HR, Safety and Management roles and everything in between. An opportunity to work for Elynx arose in early May 2021 and, in addition to being a valuable member of our Tech Support Team Jess is doing some software testing for the StockMate development.

Jess lives along with her husband on a small sheep and cattle property and enjoys the sport of Clay Target Shooting in her down time.

Jaimie Muggleton- Technical Support Consultant

Jaimie became a member of the Tech Support team at Elynx in July 2023, bringing with her a decade of experience across various aspects of the feedlot industry. Raised in a rural environment, she has always had a passion for agriculture and animal health.

Jaimie resides in a small community in southern Queensland with her husband, two sons, and their beloved family dog. They enjoy activities such as fishing, camping, and passionately following Rugby League, both on the field and from the sidelines.

Jaimie’s favorite tool is the FY3000 v StockaID head reconciliation report, as well as the ability to create import files for drafting and induction sessions in StockaID.

Bridget Holroyd – Technical Support Consultant

Bridget was raised in Northern NSW and initially studied Ag Science with the aim of building a career in the field.

She relocated to Queensland, where she began her journey in a feedlot. Throughout her career, she has gained diverse leadership experience in the livestock industry by working in feedlots, stations, export yards, and saleyards across the Northern Territory and Queensland.

In mid-2023, she joined Elynx, where she now offers support to our StockMate clients and plays an active role in the testing and release process.

Georgia Sloss – Technical Support Consultant

Georgia grew up on the land situated between two prominent feedlots, which made it inevitable that she entered into the Feedlotting industry in 2015.

After 9 fantastic years working at a prominent family-owned feedlot, a position opened at Elynx in January 2024 and she took the leap from QA Management to a Tech Support Officer.

Her absolute favourite software features are a) the FY and StockaID comparison report and b) Close Outs!

Jenni Grubb – Technical Support Consultant

Jenni was raised on a cattle and fodder cropping farm nestled in the foothills of the Bunya Mountains, where she manages a small breeding herd. Throughout her career in the Livestock Industry, she has taken on various roles, including positions in saleyards, biosecurity, and as an administration manager in a feedlot.

In early 2024, she joined eLynx and is eager to expand her knowledge while working for a company she believes is leading the way in the feedlot industry.

Fun facts: Jenni has been riding enduro and trail motorbikes her entire life and still participates in the occasional enduro and hard enduro events. She enjoys traveling and is currently planning some exciting trips around Australia with her husband and boys.

Angela Swan – Technical Support Consultant

I live in a small community just over the border from Goondiwindi, where my husband and I have raised our six children. With my husband managing a family-owned feedlot and farming operation for over 20 years, the feedlot industry has been a significant part of my life.

When the opportunity arose in 2018 to work at a neighbouring feedlot, I jumped at the chance to further develop my knowledge of the feedlot industry. During my time there, I worked across various areas, including the weighbridge, feedlot administration, and provided support to the HR, Safety, and QA departments.
StockaID would have to be my favourite program.

In my downtime, I love spending time with our children and grandchildren.

Kelly Chatwin – Software Tester

Kelly hails from the remote northwest coast of Tasmania, where she has cultivated a fulfilling life centered around family and community. As a proud mother of four and grandmother to one, she treasures every moment shared with her loved ones.

In her professional journey, Kelly dedicated 16 years to an abattoir, where she managed and analyzed daily kill data while overseeing a substantial livestock portfolio. This experience has sharpened her expertise in data management and operational oversight.

Kelly’s favourite features are the Carcase Data function, available in both StockaID and StockMate, closing the production circle and enabling complete feedback reporting as well as the session templates in StockMate, to have everything ready to roll in the yards.

Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family and discovering the stunning landscapes of Tasmania.

Andrew Cliff – Computer Programmer

Andrew has overseen the progressive development and customization of our core feedlot product suite for many years. Prior to his involvement in Elynx he led software initiatives for one of Australia’s largest feedlots and worked as a software developer in the UK and New Zealand.

Andrew and his wife live happily on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland where he spends his days writing code and providing close support to our technical support team and other developers.

Padmika Herath – Senior Programmer and Software Architect

Prior to joining the Elynx Software development team in August 2020, Padmika had deep experience as a full stack developer and software architect working in the USA and in Sri Lanka. He and his family relocated to Australia in the middle of Covid lockdowns in early 2021 and he now has a pivotal role with the team upgrading Elynx’s feedlot sofware suite.

Pahan Seneviratne – Full Stack Developer/Programmer

Pahan assumed his role as a full stack Software Developer with Elynx in October 2019 and, since then, has been a key member of the team developing the StockMate application and website.

He migrated to Australia with his wife in April 2019 and prior to that he was working as a Senior Software Engineer for a global software solution company in Sri Lanka for seven plus years.

Pahan and his wife enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends. He prepares a very mean Sri Lankan street food called Kottu (which he hasn’t shared with the team yet). He is also very passionate about anything related to automotive and building his 4wd as a tourer to travel around the country.

Irantha Jayasekara – Full Stack Developer/Programmer

Irantha is an experienced full-stack software developer who has been employed by eLynx since September 2019. He is particularly focused on the development of the StockMate web interface and on refinement of the StockMate App.

Born in Sri Lanka, Irantha graduated with a degree in Software Engineering, worked there for 8 years in the software industry and moved to Australia in 2019.
When he’s not behind the screens, he likes to do paintings with oil colours and play video games for hours until his wife gets mad at him.

Jeewantha Jayasinghe – Full Stack Developer/Programmer

Jeewantha works remotely and is based in Colombo in Sri Lanka. Prior to joining the Elynx Software development team in August 2021, Jeewantha already had extensive experience as a senior full stack developer and software architect working in Sri Lanka. He has about 15 years of experience in software development in various domains.
Jeewantha loves scuba diving, automotive 4×4 and traveling around the country.

Bronwyn Anderson – Software Developer

Before joining Elynx several years ago, Bronwyn worked as a software developer for a prominent regional bank in Australia. Outside of her professional life, she is a dedicated mother and a talented double bass player.
